Hi, I’m Monica Bales, founder of Ideal Living.

 

Based in North Texas, I bring a background in professional administration and years of experience supporting busy households and business owners in creating order, structure, and ease within their daily lives.

 

What began as a passion for streamlining systems, simplifying to-do lists, Evolved into a deeper focus on professional organizing and moving—helping clients move from overwhelm to clarity through thoughtfully designed, highly functional spaces.

 

My work is rooted in practical strategy, refined systems, and an elevated approach to everyday living. The goal is always the same: to create spaces that not only look organized, but truly support the way you live.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, paddle boarding, live music, volunteering in the community, and time with my daughter Isabella!
